Shankar is a Post Graduate in Commerce and has around 16 years extensive experience in consultancy services in specialized areas of finance, project management and marketing including setting up of joint ventures in India and abroad. He is a leading businessman and represents the Board of several Companies with wide exposure in development of various businesses amongst which he is a pioneer in IT sector.

Mr. V Sriraman - Wholetime Director

Sriraman is a Graduate in Commerce and a Post Graduate in Business Administration. He has more than 18 years experience in marketing and overall business development and has experience in reputed companies. He is in-charge of business development and administrative matters of Quintegra.

Mr. R Rengharajan - Director - Finance

Rengharajan is a Chartered Accountant with 36 years of experience in the areas of finance, out of which 23 years have been with a leading private sector bank both in operational and credit areas. He is now the Director – Finance and looks after all financial matters.

Mr. Balaji Sharma - Senior Vice President

Balaji holds a master’s degree in network computing and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. He possesses 13 years of progressive experience in handling effective information technology. In his current role, Balaji manages Operations, Project delivery organization, Program/Account Management, Technology competency centers, Business Development support and Infrastructure management. He is responsible for the offshore operations of Quintegra's development centers. He is multi-skilled and has cross-platform experience on Sun as well as Microsoft technologies, in a variety of domains like Telecom, Insurance, Quality Management and Healthcare.

Mr. Sriram Narasimhan - Senior Vice President

Sriram holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Madras University, India, and a post graduate diploma in HR & Business Administration. He brings with him 13 years of rich experience in implementing worldclass people practices in global organizations. He has played a key role in establishing and refining the HR systems and processes, for large corporate entities such as Scandent Solutions and AIG Systems Solutions (Software arm of American International Group Inc.,). Mr Sriram’s objective is to provide the employees of Quintegra with ‘Total Employee Experience’

Mr. P S Nagasubramaniam - Company Secretary

Nagasubramaniam is a Graduate in Statistics and holds a Bachelors Degree in General Law. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Office Administration from Madras University. He brings with him about 40 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Secretarial, Legal and Administrative functions in multinational organizations.
