Mr. Shankarraman Vaidyanathan is a Post Graduate
in Commerce and has around 16 years extensive
experience in consultancy services in specialized
areas of finance, project management and marketing
including setting up of joint ventures in India
and abroad. He is a leading businessman and represents
the Board of several Companies with wide exposure
in development of various businesses amongst which
he is a pioneer in IT sector. |

Mr. V Sriraman is a Graduate in Commerce and a
Post Graduate in Business Administration. He has
more than 18 years experience in marketing and
overall business development and has rich experience
in reputed companies. |

R Rengharajan

Director
Mr. R Rengharajan is an Associate Member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He
has about 36 years of experience in the areas
of finance out of which 23 years have been with
a leading private sector bank both in operational
and credit areas. Having associated with a non
banking financial institution in a senior position
for a period of 5 years and with a Corporate House
as a Financial Controller, he also has, to his
credit, more than 5 years experience in software
industries. |

Mr.
R Krishanan
Director
Mr. R Krishanan is a Masters Graduate in Commerce.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India, Associate member of the
Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India
and also the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India, with a graduation in General Law. He
has about 18 years experience in Finance and Accounts
and rich expertise in audit and assurance services,
corporate advisory services and direct tax practice.
He is one of the founder partner of Jai Krishn
& Arun Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants
and is responsible for diversifying the firms
activities into a specialized financial and advisory
services on mergers, acquisitions, financial restructuring,
Initial public offers, funds procurement and business
reengineering. |

Meleveettil Padmanabhan
Director
Mr. Meleveettil Padmanabhan is a Graduate in Commerce
and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India with about 33 years experience in Accounts,
Auditing and Corporate Consultancy. |

Mr.
R Kalyanaraman
Director
Mr. R Kalyanaraman is a Graduate in Electrical
and Electronics Engineering from Madras University.
He has worked in BHEL from 1975 to 1993 in various
fields including research and development, project
management and ancillary development. He has presented
several technical papers in various national conferences.
Presently, he is managing a company incumbating
projects and providing technical and financial
consultancy.
